Andrew
Lane the owner of Land and Premises started working in the property
industry in 1984, whilst with the Chief Engineers Dept of the
Metropolitan Police his maintence and property skills significantly
developed.
Progressing
his career in the Estates, Facilities and Project Manangement
sectors and recently working as a Health and Safety Consultant,
Andrew has dealt with numerous emergency situations where his
experience has helped clients to manage, remove risks and comply
with current legislation.
His
vast practical knowledge and understanding of all related land
and premises matters has lead him to develop a one stop fast
response service, specialising in making sites safe, together
with the provision of defensive measures to prevent fly tipping
and illegal occupation:
The removal of gypsies / travellers and their left overs plus
site clearance within a short tme span has developed into a
